I snatched this off a drug store shelf back in the late 70s. I loved the old-fashioned look, and I think they issued this one to capitalize off of the popularity of TV's "Love Boat" at the time. This is another creation of E. Rosen, maker of plastic holiday novelty candy. There used to be a lollypop that stuck out of the top of the sail, but it left shore long ago.
