The Candy Wrapper Museum

This is one of my two new Internet donations. (Thanks!) My donor says, "I've kept this thing because I found it funny to find something PAL in an NTSC country. That's the sad truth." The other "Mex-pert" says they go for five American cents a piece... and are often used as breath candy in restaurants.
One of them also says:"I was given this one after eating lots of tacos of all kinds (all kinds of unidentified creatures) in a small restaurant near the road. The waiter gave us a box full of candy and I got a few more "just in case", hehe."
