Not strictly a Halloween candy, but what is Halloween without Bubulubu? This candy comes from Mexico, which automatically adds a menacing element of risk, since there is a warning out to avoid Mexican candy because it might contain dangerous amounts of lead.

This is a pretty old wrapper. I probably picked it up in the late 80s or early 90s. The new Bubulubu wrappers are more upbeat, featuring a ghost that looks more like Sonic the Hedgehog. Click here to see the sad "update" to this great wrapper.
