You probably had to have watched a lot of "Dragnet" to appreciate the drug innuendo, but it's also a great wrapper on its own. Makes you feel like you're enjoying a nice piece of Depression-era candy.

This wrapper is from the 1970s when it was still made by Boston’s Charles N. Miller Company. Mary Jane candy dates back to 1914, but despite all the changes the world has seen, little Mary Jane has remained the little girl with big wide eyes and the cute strapped shoes called “Mary Janes.”
