Click here to see the second "babe" wrapper. Here's something rather different. I bought two of these 1920s-vintage "Flapper Wrappers" on eBay. The person who sold them to me says these were produced and sold to Ma & Pa candy shops so they could wrap their candy and sell them out of their shops. The lithograph company producing them usually sold them to manufacturers of collar and hat boxes so they could decorate their products as well. Therefore, these are multi-purpose wrappers, just depending on the needs of the shops at the time.
