Let's take a breather and go back to the roots of Easter. In days of yore, children often received Easter baskets of wonderful candy, and typically no NASCAR items were involved. They consisted of Easter eggs and other iconic things, such as candy bunnies and candy fish.
Chocolate chicken in basket

To my husband, Joe, Easter simply was not Easter without finding a white chocolate fish from the local chocolatier in his basket. This chocolatier evolved into Lambert's in Sayre, PA, who still use the same molds and carry on the traditions... something that is nice to see.

UPDATE: Unfortunatley, lambert's is no longer in business. I only hope that these great choclate molds have been saved and will be used again some day.
